Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regrettably cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products shipped by Green & Grace BR Christian Life if:

• The item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect
• You received an incorrect item
• The item quality doesn't meet our standards

All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and environmental reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Tree saplings that have been planted or removed from their original packaging
• Books with broken seals or showing signs of use
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Digital products once downloaded

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

1. We'll send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item
2. Our quality control team will inspect the returned item
3. You'll receive notification of your refund approval or rejection
4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Important Considerations

• For orders containing multiple items, refunds will only be issued for the returned items, not the entire order
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses or customer unavailability are not eligible for returns or refunds
• Lost products after confirmed delivery (as verified by shipping carriers) are not eligible for returns or refunds

Refund Timing

Refund processing typically takes:

• 2-3 business days for our inspection and processing
• 2-5 additional business days for your bank to process the refund

If you haven't received your refund after this period:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company to confirm processing
3. Contact your bank to trace the refund
